1. AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of teterboroairportparking.com and any related pages, forms, or booking tools (the "Site"), operated by All In One Automotive LLC d/b/a Teterboro Airport Parking ("TAP," "we," "us," "our").
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Important: These Terms cover your use of the website. The actual storage of your vehicle is governed by our Vehicle Storage Agreement, which is a separate document. Where the two conflict on anything related to vehicle storage, the Vehicle Storage Agreement controls.
2. WHO CAN USE THE SITE
You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. By booking, you confirm you are 18 or older and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to store the vehicle you are reserving for.
3. WE ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH TETERBORO AIRPORT
All In One Automotive LLC is an independent business. We are not owned by, operated by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by:
- Teterboro Airport (TEB)
- The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey
- Any Fixed Base Operator (FBO) at Teterboro Airport
- Any airline, charter operator, or aviation authority
Our facility is located at 51 Worth Street, South Hackensack, New Jersey — approximately 1.5 miles from Teterboro Airport. Any reference to Teterboro Airport on this Site is descriptive of our location and the customers we serve.
4. RESERVATIONS AND BOOKING
4.1 — Reservations are requests.
Submitting a reservation through the Site is a request, not a confirmed booking. A reservation is confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation.
4.2 — Availability.
Space is limited and not guaranteed. We may decline any reservation for any lawful reason, including lack of capacity, vehicle ineligibility, or inability to verify your information.
4.3 — Accuracy.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, including vehicle details, dates, and contact information. Errors may result in cancellation or additional charges.
4.4 — Confirmation controls.
If the dates, vehicle, or rate in your written confirmation differ from what you entered on the Site, the confirmation controls.
5. PRICING AND PAYMENT
5.1 — Published rates.
Rates shown on the Site are current as of posting and are subject to change without notice until a reservation is confirmed.
5.2 — Errors.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after a reservation is submitted. If a corrected price is materially higher, we will notify you and you may cancel without penalty.
5.3 — Taxes and fees.
Rates do not include applicable New Jersey sales tax or surcharges, which are shown at checkout.
5.4 — Payment processing.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. Your use of the payment processor is subject to that processor's own terms and privacy policy.
5.5 — Authorization.
By booking, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all amounts due, including storage charges, service charges, late fees, and any charges permitted under the Vehicle Storage Agreement.
6. CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in Section 10 of the Vehicle Storage Agreement and in your booking confirmation. Please read them before booking.
7. ACCEPTABLE USE OF THE SITE
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- make reservations you do not intend to honor
- scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated tools to access the Site without our written permission
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected system
- introduce malware, viruses, or any harmful code
- interfere with the Site's operation or another user's use of it
- copy, reproduce, or republish Site content for commercial purposes
- use the Site to build, train, or improve any machine learning model or dataset without our written permission
We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, layout, design, and the "Teterboro Airport Parking" and "TAP" names and marks — is owned by All In One Automotive LLC or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.
9. COMMUNICATIONS AND TEXT MESSAGING
9.1 — Transactional messages.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from us about your reservation, vehicle status, delivery coordination, and account. These are transactional messages necessary to provide the service.
9.2 — Marketing messages.
We will only send marketing text messages if you separately opt in.
9.3 — Rates.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
9.4 — Opting out.
Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop transactional messages about an active reservation.
9.5 — Email.
You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message.
10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
The Site may link to or embed third-party services, including mapping, payment, scheduling, and analytics tools. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
11. DISCLAIMERS
11.1 — Site provided "as is."
11.2 — No guarantee of accuracy.
We work to keep Site content accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is error-free, complete, or up to date. Rates, availability, hours, and service descriptions may change.
11.3 — No guarantee of uptime.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that defects will be corrected.
11.4 — Storage services.
Nothing on this Site is a warranty or guarantee about the storage service itself. Our obligations regarding your vehicle are set out exclusively in the Vehicle Storage Agreement.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
This section does not limit our obligations under the Vehicle Storage Agreement, which has its own liability terms in Section 7 of that document.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless All In One Automotive LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey. Both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection to venue.
15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after that date means you accept the revised Terms. Check back periodically.
16. ACCESSIBILITY
